Eyvinn Rudjord Helgevold is an experienced business lawyer with a background in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Helgevold joined Homble Solheim as a senior lawyer in 2024.
Before joining Homble Solheim, Helgevold spent seven years in the management team of the Norwegian Sea Rescue Society, responsible for legal, compliance, and the Secretary General’s staff. He has six years of experience from the Ministry of Finance’s Financial Markets Department, Legal Section for Securities and Financial Reporting. In the Ministry of Finance, he was responsible for non-financial reporting, including reporting on corporate social responsibility and country-by-country reporting. Additionally, Helgevold worked for one year at the Norwegian Tax Administration and two years at Arntzen de Besche Law Firm.
Eyvinn Rudjord Helgevold works with labor law, corporate governance, whistleblowing, crisis management, and other business law matters. He is also an expert member of the Appeals Board for auditors, accountants, and debt collection cases.
Eyvinn Rudjord Helgevold is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association and the Norwegian Labour Law Association.
