Merete Furesund  joined the company as partner August 1st, 2025. She came from the position as partner at Littler Norway, and has previously also been partner at law firm Homble Olsby and senior lawyer at Kvale law firm.

Merete Furesund primarily works with employment law, pension law, litigiation and dispute resolution. She has extensive experience with issues regarding working hours, workforce reductions, reorganizations, business transfers, collective labour law and EU/EEA law. Her expertise also includes legal proceedings for the ordinary courts, the Labour Court and the EFTA Court. She acts for a wide range og national and international clients.

Merete Furesund is co-author of the Norwegian chapter in Workforce Restructuring in Europe, Bloomsbury 2015.

Merete Furesund is a member of The Norwegian Bar Association, The Norwegian Society of Labour Law and The Pension Forum.
