Runar Homble established Homble Solheim together with Anders Reiremo and Trond Erik Solheim in 2023. The three of them have previously worked together at Homble Olsby for many years.
Homble works primarily with employment related matters. He also has extensive experience in data protection law, corporate law, contract law, negotiations and litigation.
Homble is ranked as one of the “leaders in their field” in employment law by Chambers & Partners and is “recommended” by Legal 500. Chambers says:
Runar Homble is “very analytical and very good at getting straight to the core of the case. He responds very quickly too,” according to clients. He has substantial expertise in employee issues, including terminations and contracts.
Homble frequently holds lectures and seminars in employment law. He is also a permanent columnist in Aftenposten, one the leading newspapers in Norway.
Homble has written the book ”Employment and termination– a guide for managers” together with Harald Venger and Ole Kristian Olsby. The book was published by Gyldendal Akademisk in February 2012.
Homble is member of the Norwegian Bar Association and the Norwegian Society for Labour law.
