Synne Homble is an experienced business lawyer with a unique background combining law, business and leadership. She joined Homble Solheim as partner in 2024, after seven years in the top management of the transport group Vygruppen AS, and nine years in the top management of the global aquaculture group Cermaq Group AS. Before that she was a business lawyer in Wikborg Rein, specialising in company law, stock exchange regulations, M&A, and employment law.

Synne Homble has a broad experience from board positions, and for the time being serves as Chair of the Board of Fjord Tours Group AS, Director of the Board of Flåmsbana AS (the Flåm railway) and member of the Shareholders’ Committee of Bonheur ASA.

Synne Homble advises on matters pertaining to corporate governance, law and leadership, employment law, company law, shareholder disputes and M&A, crisis management and whistle-blowing, and other legal matters where her broad experience from business, leadership and strategy comes into play.

Synne Homble is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association.
