Trond Erik Solheim established Homble Solheim together with Runar Homble and Anders Reiremo in 2023. The three of them have previously worked together at Homble Olsby for many years. Solheim has previously served as a managing associate at Wiersholm and has nearly 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer. Solheim has also served as deputy judge Alstahaug Court house and Oslo Court house.
Trond Erik Solheim primarily works with employment law, pension law and litigation.
He possesses particular expertise in pension law and has assisted businesses, associations, and insurance companies with pension and employment law matters for several years. He also has extensive experience in investigations, both as an investigator and as an advisor to organizations and employees undergoing investigations. Trond Erik Solheim also provides counsel to top executives and other senior employees on employment and pension law matters and has been appointed as an arbitrator in multiple pension-related dispute cases.
Trond Erik Solheim has been ranked in the two major international lawyer surveys, Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, for many years. In 2022 and 2023, Chambers & Partners ranked Solheim as one of the seven top-rated lawyers within pension law.
